Working principle

A piston pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses a push rod to drive the piston to move back and forth in the cylinder to change the sealing working volume, thereby achieving the inlet and outlet of glue. Compared with other pump types, it has higher glue supply pressure and larger flow rate.

Feature

Ceramic pistons are more wear-resistant and durable, with a minimum flow rate of up to 0.1ml and a glue dispensing accuracy of ± 1%.

Suitable glue

Suitable for high thermal conductivity, high viscosity, and abrasive materials.
