Working principle

Adopting a spiral structure design and pressure resistant sealing, the rotor and stator are self sealed, making them easy to replace. The conveying function is achieved by the directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity. The medium suction function can be easily achieved by reversing the motor, ensuring the cleanliness of the medium and materials, and completely solving the problems of medium dripping and wire drawing.

Feature

Multiple models are available, with a flow rate coverage range of 0.1~6ml/min, a minimum flow rate of 0.001ml, a glue dispensing accuracy of 1%, easy cleaning, and a conveying pressure of 16~20bar. The flow rate is not affected by pressure changes and has the function of stopping liquid suction, which does not require the installation of any valves.
