Working principle

Gear pump is based on the volume change caused by gear meshing to achieve liquid delivery. As the gears continue to rotate to the meshing side, the volume between teeth decreases, and the liquid is squeezed and high-pressure output from the discharge port.

Feature

The structure is simple without pulsation, resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion-resistant and durable. Multiple models are available from 0.6CC/R to 20CC/R, with a flow rate coverage range of 6-1600ml/min and a glue dispensing accuracy of ± 1%. Easy to clean, with a maximum conveying pressure of 16-20 bar.
