The process and precautions for replacing glue in the new glue filling machine

3. Close the bottom valve of the material bucket, unscrew the sealing screw or corrugated pipe clamp of the Y-shaped filter, and then open the bottom valve of the material bucket to discharge the excess glue from the material bucket.

4. Lock the Y-shaped filter screw or corrugated pipe clamp.

Operate the equipment to dispense glue, and remove the remaining glue from the glue valve, high-pressure PTFE tube, and AB pump. Observe the change in the amount of glue dispensed from the glue valve outlet to determine that the internal glue has been emptied.

6. Turn off the main power of the device.

Pour an appropriate amount of cleaning agent into the material bucket and thoroughly clean the remaining glue on the bucket wall and bottom.

Open the bottom valve of the material bucket and discharge the sewage. There should be no residue in the material bucket.

9. Remove the AB pump and clean the internal glue of the pump (personnel trained in pump disassembly and assembly are required to operate this task).

Reinstall the clean AB pump to its original position and reconnect it to the material barrel hose.

Replace high-pressure PTFE pipes and corrugated pipes.

Pour in new glue.

Turn on the device and tap the glue for 3-5 minutes. Confirm that the glue is dispensing normally. Re adjust the proportion of AB glue.
