The three-stage vacuum glue production line supports customization according to customer production capacity and site, mainly composed of lifting platform, transfer machine, preheating furnace, vacuum glue machine, vibration platform, curing furnace, reflux line and other parts.

The entire line is controlled by PC+PLC, with a user-friendly interface and fully intelligent production, without the need for manual intervention, providing customers with a complete automation solution.

The MES interface is pre-set on the production line to facilitate integration with the system and upload data, including production quantity, equipment abnormalities, abnormal time, and other data.

Adopting a three chamber vacuum system, the entire process from material pretreatment to glue filling can achieve a full vacuum state, greatly improving production efficiency.

The vacuum box has high sealing performance, adjustable vacuum degree, and can be filled with glue in a vacuum environment, effectively preventing the mixing of air or water vapor during sealing.

Adopting a two-stage valve, the glue is accurately dispensed in a vacuum environment, the glue is collected cleanly, and the glue head does not drip or leak glue.

Fully automatic cleaning, cleaning valves and mixing parts, saving consumables, simple and convenient operation.

It can achieve automated online batch injection production.
